Just made up my own best ever Bonnie pancakes recipe:
Mush 1 banana
Mix in 1 egg + 1 egg white
Add 1 Tbsp ground flax
1 Tbsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Makes about 3 pancakes for ~250 calories. I cooked them in a little bit of coconut oil and let half a peach and some raspberries cook alongside them with a slice of turkey bacon in the pan.

Added some onion and garlic. Also pre-cooked the peppers in the microwave for 4 minutes.
